(S/E) From the far end of the car park near the old Tréméoc railway station, join the Voie Verte and turn left (signposted Pont-l’Abbé). Walk past the old railway station and continue for about 400m until you reach a barrier at the road. Just before this, there is a fountain on the right. Cross the road and continue for about ten paces.

(1) Leave theGRP®, turn right to cross a stream via a small footbridge and continue along a path below the road. Return to the road and follow it to the left. Continue towards Tréméoc, passing the roundabout near the stadium. From there, take the pedestrian crossings near the school, alternating between left and right.

(2) Despite the Yellow Cross, turn left into Venelle de Park Braz (no entry) to go round the church and the cemetery. At the main road, turn right.

At the first junction, turn left and follow the sign for C14 Plonéour-Lanvern. Pass the first street on the left and take the next one, signposted ‘Ferme de Kerhors’. At the three-way junction, veer right to go round the back of the farm buildings.
(3) At the sign reading “Private access except for walkers”, attached to a rope, continue along the grassy, tree-lined path. Cross the stream via a small footbridge, follow it and continue along the shaded path which leads to a road.
(4) Turn right, then left at the Y-junction to reach Kerbéron Farm. Turn left onto a wide clay track leading to a road in the hamlet of Rostual. Follow this road to the right until you reach the next junction.
(5) First turn right then left and take the road leading to the Moulin Neuf lake, signposted ‘Roch’. Continue straight on until you reach a car park (information board about the lake).

(6) Turn left at the barrier despite the Yellow Cross; continue along the grassy path that runs alongside the lake and arrive near the dam.

Turn left into a sunken path (markings on a tree on the left).
(7) Ignore a wooden staircase on the right and continue straight up the sunken path until you reach a small road. Turn right, then left at the next junction. Continue along this road until you reach a path on the right-hand side about 500m further on.
(8) Turn right onto a farm track, then follow the grassy path on the right bordering a meadow, and pass behind the old gatekeeper’s house. You’ll emerge on the right onto the Voie Verte, the former Quimper–Pont-l’Abbé railway line known as the Transbigouden.

(9) Begin the return journey along this long straight stretch of around 3.5 km. Cross the D240 with care. At a bridge, pass a large manor-style house on the left. Further on, the Voie Verte is lined with marshy areas crossed by a stream.
(1) Cross the small road leading to Tréméoc and continue for a further 400m or so to reach the car park on the right (S/E).
