Access: From Quimper, take the old Plomelin road D20 called "Route des châteaux".
Continue to Moulin-Mer, where you can park on the left in a lay-by.
(S/E) With your back to the car park, take the path that climbs to the right, then turn left. The path runs alongside fields and overlooks the road.
(1) When you see the Saint-Roch Chapel (private access), cross the D20 carefully and continue straight ahead. Ignore the two roads on the left and take the path on the right that goes through a pine forest. Continue to the place called Ti Pin.
(2) Turn right and follow the small road that joins the D20. Cross carefully.
(3) Turn left, follow the path along the edge of the road and veer right towards the entrance to Château de Perennou on the right.
(4) At the cross, turn right then take the first path on the right into the woods, which joins a small road near Gorré Bodivit. Follow this road to its end at a car park (picnic tables).
(6) Take the path opposite that descends into the woods. Turn right, reach the banks of the Odet and turn right to follow the river.
(7) Go up to the right and then turn left onto the first path. Follow it first through the woods and then along the edge of the field to reach the Roman baths of Pérennou.
(8) After a self-guided tour (information panels), continue along the path. Cross a footbridge offering a view of the Château du Perennou.
(9) Go back up the road via a small staircase and follow it to the left. At the end of a wide bend, leave the road leading to the Château de Kerouzien on your left and continue climbing.
(10) Turn right onto a path that goes around an equestrian centre. Continue until you reach a road at Kerlec. Continue to the large beech tree avenue.

(11) Follow this avenue to the left, which turns right to reach the Lestremeur site (manor house, dovecote, bread oven, fountain and wash house).
(12) Turn left and take the time to linger at this peaceful site. Continue along the path that leads to the edge of Combrit Cove.
(13) The path turns right, passes near a bird observatory and continues along the cove to take us back to our starting point (S/E).
