Tréméoc Town Hall car park.
(S/E) From the car park, walk down towards the church, skirting around it and the cemetery. Note the calvary, which also serves as a war memorial. Turn left, taking the hairpin bend into Venelle de Park Braz, which is a no-entry road.
At the end, turn right into Rue de la Gare and take the safe passage on the left along the school and then along the stadium. Continue straight on, passing the hamlet of Kerlagadec.
(1) In the bend, at house No. 26, leave the road and take the path opposite which descends towards a stream (the IGN map is not accurate). Follow this path below, parallel to the road, then take the stairs on the right to cross a footbridge over the stream and rejoin the road.
(2) Opposite, take the Voie Verte, the old Quimper-Pont-L'Abbé railway line. It is bordered on the left by a stream and a marshy area. You will see a fountain, a wash house and a well, which have been cleared of vegetation by the "Mein Ha Dour" Association, which seeks to promote local heritage. Pass the old Tréméoc station on your right and continue straight ahead.
(3) Cross the road at the old Méjou Meil level crossing and continue straight ahead until you reach the next road.
(4) At the road, leave the Greenway and follow the small road on the right towards the "Les Délices de Combrit" pastry shop. Opposite the shop, turn right onto a wide path along a field. At the end, near a small transformer, turn right and continue for about a hundred metres.
The ruins of Saint-Vital Chapel, built on land that was once an old Roman camp, are located in a private meadow on the left, but access is permitted. They were brought back from oblivion by the association mentioned above.
(5) Return by the same route. This round trip is approximately 1.4 km.
(4) Cross the Voie Verte and follow the small country road opposite. At the intersection, turn right towards Kerglaz and Prat Meur. The road forms a circular route to reach this locality. Note the beautifully restored farmhouse here. Continue along the same road to reach the 16th-century Saint-Sébastien Chapel and its rustic cross. Take the time to explore it and the beautiful beech tree-lined avenue that extends from it.
(6) With your back to the chapel, continue along the small road, ignoring the roads branching off to the right and left, until you reach the roundabout on the D240 at the entrance to Tréméoc.
(7) Go through the roundabout and continue to the town hall car park (S/E).
