No problem parking, clearly marked car park.
A magnificent carpet of dandelion flowers right from the start... Well done, spring...
The mountain scenery is superb.
Hike completed with a group of seniors, stopping before reaching the pass.
Thank you to the author for sharing...

A short hike with stunning scenery.
The hike itself is fairly quick, but it's easy to stray from the path, simply to sit down and admire the scenery. The view is spectacular.
Thank you for the discovery.
Be careful, I think I saw some processionary caterpillars near the sheepfold, so watch your little ones, but it's very localised.

Completed with athletic children aged 9, 8 and 4½. Duration approximately 2 hours, including the climb to the cross, the spring and breaks in the grass. Little shade except at the pass itself.

There are a few parking spaces in a hairpin bend, from where you can see the path through the mountain pastures. You can also park a little higher up, and all the paths converge in the mountain pasture.

Magnificent view, especially from the cross - it's worth climbing 50 metres further up on the right.

A great, easy and short hike. At this time of year, the explosion of spring flowers is not to be missed, especially on this secluded route. At the pass, you can enjoy a short detour to the marked spring, but also another to the cross and almost to the top of Tourneau with its incredible panoramic view. On the way back around 3 p.m., the first marmots gave us an unexpected hello.

Panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
I highly recommend it, especially at this time of year!

The start is not very well marked, if you drive past a little too quickly (just the GR mark at the bottom of a rock).
