Park in the park car park.
(S/E) From the car park, go through the entrance gate. On the left is a map of the park and surrounding area. Walk a few metres to the information board explaining the history of the Château du Plessis, which was destroyed during the last war.
Turn left and follow the white path towards the lake. Cross the footbridge between the small artificial waterfall and the pond. Continue around the pond on your right until you reach a crossroads.
(1) At the crossroads, turn left, walk alongside a football pitch, continue straight ahead at the next crossroads and you will reach another crossroads.
(2) Cross a footbridge, walk alongside the retirement home and reach Rue Jean Le Coutailler.

First turn right then left to cross the street and take the path that runs alongside a school on the left and then a wetland on the right. Cross Avenue Président Allende at the pedestrian crossing and join a path running alongside an old railway line (GR® signpost).
(3) Continue left along this path through the woods overlooking the old railway line. Turn left then right to descend via a wide sunken path onto the D194. Follow the cycle path to the right to cross the Pont de Bouc bridge.

(4) At the end of the bridge, turn right onto the path that runs alongside the mudflat and stream (information panel about birds). Continue along this path, bordered on the left by meadows where horses regularly graze.
At the sign for "lavoir à 150m" (wash house 150m away), turn left for a round trip to the Toulbahado wash house. Retrace your steps and continue along the ria. Another sign on the left indicates the fountain of the same name a few metres away. It is surrounded by a wooden fence. Pass a bird observatory and reach Rue de Pen Mané, which you follow to the right along the grassy strip.
No signposts
On the left, you will see a large building that was once the Plessis mill, destroyed by fire in 1933 and converted into rental accommodation in 1960 (view of the Blavet).
(5) Turn right along the right bank and you will come out onto the cycle path.
(3) Cross Avenue Président Allende at the pedestrian crossing.
At the railway sign, follow the path on the left along the edge of the marsh. It continues along a long wooden walkway and ends at a dead end. Continue to the roundabout and go up the street on the right along the grassy strip under the trees.
At the EHPAD sign, cross Rue Jean Le Coutailler and walk alongside the retirement home, which is now on your left.
(2) At the footbridge, turn left onto the uphill path and follow it until you reach the boules courts. Pass between these courts on your left and the old animal pens on your right. You will arrive near the remains of a dovecote, which probably dates fromthe 15th or16th century. You can still see 120 nesting boxes.
Turn left to return to the exit and the car park (S/E).
