Departure from the Kervido cemetery car park.
(S/E) Exit the cemetery car park, which is closed by a gate, take the road on the left leading out of Lanester (signposted) and you will reach the first signpost for "Le Sentier de la Goden". Continue for a few metres along the path at the side of the road.
(1) Turn right to enter the marsh area (sensitive natural area). Note the sign indicating the recommended alternative route during the hunting season (15 September to1 March, Thursdays, Sundays and public holidays). Follow the well-maintained boardwalk that runs alongside the marsh. This first section features three educational signs: the pond, the reed bed and the salt marsh.
Join the alternative route for the hunting season on the left, continue under the trees and take the footbridge to reach the D194.
(2) Cross the departmental road carefully in two stages (central island) and follow the cycle path on the left to cross the Pont de Bouc bridge.

At the end of the bridge, turn right and rejoin the path along the Ruisseau du Plessis, which was hidden in the Marais de la Goden. This path runs alongside the mudflats and the stream (information panel about birds). Continue along this path, bordered on the left by meadows where horses and ponies regularly graze.

(3) At the fountain post, turn left, leaving the edge of the ria, and go up a wide path, passing the wash house located a little below and continuing along a gravel road. You will come out onto a larger street almost opposite two shops, "Atelier de pain" and "Pizza Bella".
(4) Cross the street and climb the stairs opposite, which continue through a passage between the houses (this is not marked on any map but can be seen on the satellite view when zoomed in to the maximum). You will come out opposite the street signposted Chemin de Parc Ar Groez and turn right.
(5) Turn left onto Rue Saint-Guénaël and follow it downhill to the small chapel of the same name near the Lanester nautical centre. Ignore all side streets and dead ends. Go down to the shore for a view of the Pont du Bonhomme bridge over the Blavet.

(6) Retrace your steps, go around the nautical centre (information panel about the chapel and fountain), follow the small uphill street and at the end continue along the coastal path. At the first wooden staircase on the left, you can go down to the shore and return to the fountain located a few metres to the left.
Retrace your steps and continue along the coastal path, which gradually offers an extensive view of the Pen Mané harbour, where the Blavet and Scorff rivers meet.
Continue uphill, along the edge of the woods, following the Ruisseau du Plessis, a small tributary of the Blavet, until you reach Rue de Pen Mané. Cross the road carefully and follow the grassy strip on the left (view of the Ruisseau du Plessis, a landscape that changes with the tides).
On the left, you will see a large building that was once the Moulin du Plessis mill, destroyed by fire in 1933 and converted into rental accommodation in 1960.
No markings
(7) Turn right along the right bank and you will come to the cycle path.
Continue right along this path through the woods overlooking the old railway line. Turn left then right to descend via a wide sunken lane onto the D194.
(2) Cross the road carefully in two stages (central island) and turn right then left to start the second part of the Tour du Marais de la Goden. Follow this path through a wooded area which offers a more hidden view of the marsh, keeping it on your right and ignoring all the paths on the left.
Reach the road and turn left to return to the Kervido cemetery car park (S/E).
