Description of the walk

Parking available at the Marais de la Goden car park. Vieux Chênes bus stop nearby.

(S/E) At the entrance to the car park, at the barrier, cross the old railway line to reach the Ruisseau du Plessis.

(1) Turn left to walk alongside the pond. After the boardwalk and into the woods, turn right (three times), then straight ahead (twice) at the junctions. At the housing estate, turn right and continue straight ahead, then right onto the gravel track. At the boardwalk, cross the Ruisseau du Plessis.

(2) Turn left, then right to follow the road, walking on the hard shoulder (alternative route to the right recommended outside the hunting season). Turn right, then continue straight on to Kerléano.

(3) Continue along the road. Turn right, then left to cross Kerguer.

(4) Carry on and take the path on the right. Walk along the boardwalk which goes to the left (viewpoint on the right), then turn right and return to the car park where you started.

(S/E) Go straight ahead, take the pedestrian crossing on the left and turn left. Go straight on, cross the Pont du Bouc and turn right. Walk as close as possible to the Ruisseau du Plessis (always keeping right at junctions; there is a wash house and a fountain to see on the left). Cross the stream to the right over the old dyke of the Moulin du Plessis.

(5) Turn right and continue along the footpath (three times to the right), then straight on through the woods (twice) before turning right to follow the old railway line. At the road, turn left, then take the pedestrian crossing on the right to return to your starting point (S/E).
