Start at Thenay Town Hall.
(S/E) Take Rue de la Paix north-eastwards, towards the cemetery, until you reach the Voie Verte, which you should take to the right, heading east.
(1) When you reach the hamlet of La Renauderie, leave the Voie Verte by first taking the road to the right, then immediately turning left onto a grassy track suitable for vehicles which runs alongside the Voie Verte, descending to a junction: take the road going up to the right towards La Baronnerie.
(2) 200m further on, leave the road and take a grassy track on the left climbing up a hillside. Ignore a track leading down to the left, turn right then left to join a wide white gravel track.
(3) Turn right and continue south-west to a small road at a place called Les Marots; turn right and head for the next crossroads, where a road meets paths.
(4) Take the path on the right and follow it to the access road to the Domaine du Brelay, which you should follow down to the next junction.
(5) Turn left to go up a small road, then 300m further on, turn right onto a track.
(6) At the crossroads, turn left.
(7) After passing a second copse of trees, turn left on the descent.
(8) At the road, continue to the right, leaving Rue des Coteaux on your left, then take the next street to go downhill in a bend. Join Rue des Marots and turn left.
Cross the RD48 to take Rue Jean Dupuy opposite and arrive at the church.
Go round the church via the street on the right and return to the Town Hall by turning left onto Rue de la Paix (S/E).
