The starting point is at Place de l'Église. Follow the yellow markings (route no. 34 PNR de la Brenne).
(S/E) Head south to the junction with the D20 and turn left towards Châteauroux, Rue de Verdun.
(1) When you reach the cemetery, turn right onto Route de la Croix de Faslay.
(2) In the hamlet of Croix de Faslay, turn left at the fork. At the small pond, turn right, cross the small road and continue straight ahead along the path for 1 km.
(3) Turn right onto the path to reach a reed bed and then a bare moor near Étang Duris. Take the wide path on the left to the pond's drain.
Go down the path that passes in front of the inn and joins the D80. Take it on the left for 20 metres.
(4) Turn right onto the path that leads to the Gué Pançay farm.
(5) After crossing the farm, take the path on the left.
When you reach the D30, turn left and continue along the road for 500 metres.
(6) Turn right onto the path that leads to a sheep farm. Continue straight ahead on a grassy path that goes around a meadow and then enters the Bois de l'Écot.
(7) At the crossroads, turn slightly left, heading north.
The path becomes a small road at the first houses of the hamlet of Fourchaud.
(8) At the crossroads, turn left and join the D20. Cross the bridge on the left.
(9) Turn right to go up the small road that leads to the Aiguillon farm, then to the hamlet of Buisson de la Brande.
(10) Take the path on the left, cross a small road (elevation 142) and continue along the path opposite.
(11) At the hamlet of Les Bonnets, take the path on the right.
(12) Turn left to see a Second World War memorial. Retrace your steps.
(12) Continue straight ahead to reach the hamlet of La Mardelle. Continue along the small road.
(13) At the next crossroads, turn left towards the Margotterie farm.
(14) Turn right after passing the last building. The path runs alongside meadows, then enters a wood, descending to Gué de Courroux and climbing back up to the hamlet of Les Pornins.
(15) Continue straight ahead on a small road.
(16) Continue straight ahead on the road at the junction with a path on the right.
(17) The small road joins the D80, which you should take to the right to return to the starting point (S/E).
