Park at Le Freyrat, a hamlet near Manzac-sur-Verne.
(S/E) Take the road north-east and you will soon reach the hamlet of Limouzy.
(1) Turn right onto the path that climbs steeply, leaving Bencharel on your left. Reach the top of this climb.
(2) Start the descent on the right to rejoin the road to Manzac at the bottom.
(3) Turn right onto it. At the next crossroads, Les Rouyaux, leave the road and take a good, flat path on the left. Further on, cross a road and you will soon reach the junction with another road.
(4) Follow it to the left for a few metres, then turn right onto the track leading to Fontroubade and reach the junction serving this farm.
(5) Continue straight ahead and begin a short climb. You’ll reach a new road; cross it and take the wide path straight ahead leading to Jaly.
(6) Follow the road to the right, passing through Genebriéras and then Les Trimours to reach a Y-junction.
(7) Take the left-hand road and continue to the junction with the path leading to Le Freyrat.
(8) Turn right onto this path, reach the houses at the edge of the woods, then turn left to head back down to the Freyrat car park (S/E).
