Park in the village of Coursac, in the car park to the right of the church, near the signpost for the commune's hiking trails.
(S/E) Take the Route du Renard and immediately turn onto the path that starts on the right between two houses, then runs along the right-hand side of house no. 6.
(1) When you reach Route de Valadet, turn right onto the carriageway ( no entry sign). Continue on the tarmac road.
(2) At a left-hand bend, take the path that goes straight ahead, then leads to a bus shelter at Font de Meaux, at a crossroads with the D4.
(3) Cross carefully ( the road is busy) and turn onto Route de la Petite Morinie opposite.
(4) At No. 7, let the road turn right and continue on the carriageway opposite. Shortly afterwards, in the same way, let the carriageway go to the right and take the path opposite.
(5) When you reach a meadow, the path seems to disappear: turn left, walk along the groves, then turn left again. Pass close to a spring. At a T-junction, leave the link to Notre-Dame de Sanilhac and the circular Chemin d'Ambroise on your left and turn right towards Boucle de Chantebrune. Leave a meadow with a house in the background on your left and enter a wood, taking care.
(6) Immediately afterwards, don't miss the path that branches off to the right. Further on, you will come to signs indicating the Blouze viewpoint to the left and the circular of Chantebrune straight ahead.
(7) Here, you can either continue straight ahead or make a round trip (2 km) to Blouze and its viewpoint over the Roziers pond (choose your route). In this case, take a path on the left that is not very obvious at first but widens later on. Cross a gate, remembering to close it behind you, and continue uphill. After a second gate, walk alongside a building and join a road. Turn right.
(8) At the end of the road, there is a viewpoint over the valley and the Roziers pond. Turn around and return to the previous fork.
(7) Then take the path on the left, towards the circular Chantebrune. At the junction with the road from Coursac to Saint-Paul de Serre, turn left.
(9) Shortly afterwards, take the path that branches off to the right, then left before a barrier. At a T-junction, turn left towards the pond.
(10) After walking alongside a meadow on the right, leave the main path which continues along the fence and take the path that climbs to the right. During the climb, turn left at a three-way junction. Then, at a T-junction near a house, turn left. At the junction with Route des Broussas, turn right.
(11) Turn onto the path on the left after a shed and opposite No. 17. At a pond, take the gravel path on the left to quickly reach Route de Coupe-Gorge. Cross it and continue on a path (letterbox No. 18) until you reach another road.
(12) Please note that this is a busy road. Cross the D4 road from Coursac to Manzac-sur-Vern and continue straight ahead on Route des Brandissoux.
(13) At the end of the tarmac road, leave the gravel road on your left and continue straight ahead along a hedge of thuja trees. At a T-junction, turn left.
(14) At the roundabout, take the Route des Garennes opposite.
(15) At the junction with another road, you can shorten the walk by turning right towards Coursac (1.2 km), which leads to the village and the starting point. Otherwise, turn left (Ronde des Lavandières, Boucle des Bordes d'Antan). After No. 8, continue along the path at the end of the tarmac road.
(16) At the bottom, you can extend the hike by turning left onto the circular Boucle des Bordes d'Antan, which rejoins the route described here just before point (19). Otherwise, continue straight ahead and follow the fence on your left.
(17) At the end of the fence, the main path continues straight ahead. Turn left to climb up to a viewpoint overlooking the Château de la Jarthe (information panel about the château at the viewpoint). Note the spring on the right just after the intersection.
(18) Viewpoint. Turn around and return to the previous fork.
(17) Continue to the left. At a T-junction, leave the circular route of the Past (Boucle des Bordes d'Antan) on your left (junction with the long version of the route, see point (16)) and turn right. At the road from Coursac to Razac, opposite a house, turn left and follow the road carefully .
(19) Quickly take the path that climbs to the left. At the road after the pylons, continue to the right.
(20) At the crossroads, leave the junction to Coulounieix and Marsacet on your left and continue right on Route de Beau. After a speed bump, turn left onto Route du Vignaud.
(21) After passing a field on your right, take the path that branches off to the right and runs alongside a wood. Pass a slightly worn information sign about Coursac and the Mareuil spring. Join the road below the town hall and turn left at the stop sign. Continue to the church and car park (S/E).
