Park in the car park at Saint-Martin Church.
(S/E) Walk past the front of the church and the vicarage to head back down towards L’Hozain.
(1) At the next junction, turn right onto theGR®2, marked in red and white. Keep to the right on theGR® to reach the junction marked by a sawmill at a place called Le Long du Bois.
(2) Turn right to enter the woods along a dirt track. Continue straight ahead to reach a crossroads with four perpendicular paths.
(3) Turn 90° to the right and follow the straight path again until you reach the junction with the D42 road at La Croix du Coin des Ventes.
(4) Continue left, still on theGR®, quickly leave the road, cross it and continue back into the woods. You will come to another right-angled junction. Turn left and arrive at the junction with the White Cross Route.
(5) Turn right here, leave theGR® at the junction with the Route Forestière des Tilleuls, and continue straight on along the Route Forestière de la White Cross. You will reach the junction with the Route Forestière des Naues.
(6) Turn right here, continue along this road and reach a car park at the junction of three roads.
(7) Continue left onto the Route Forestière de Vérien. You will then rejoin the D85.
(8) Turn right onto it, follow the road alongside the forest, turn left onto the Chemin du Bas des Champs and then continue along the Chemin de Chaussepierre.
(9) When you reach the junction with the Voie aux Ânes, turn right. Continue past the Château de la Motte, then rejoin the D42 road and turn left to reach the car park at Saint-Martin Church (S/E).
