Access: Coming from Rives, turn right and head down towards Moirans Manguely. Coming from Voiron, Valence or Grenoble, take the Moirans hillside road. Park along the D12C at the only building on this section of road.
(S/E) The path descends along the road from a small building and quickly reaches the edge of the stream. Once you reach the stream, the path branches off to the right and runs alongside it. Follow this path through the woods for a good two kilometres, with the stream on your left. Please note that the path sometimes crosses the stream, leaving it on your right for a few dozen metres. Join the Route du Sabot at the entrance to Vourey.
(1) Continue straight ahead on this road, leaving Route du Point du Jour on your left. Continue along the stream, walking on the wide path. After a few bends, the road ends at a Y-junction.
(2) Turn right onto Route du Moulin. After two large bends, left then right, and about 800 metres further on, you will come to a four-way crossroads.
(3) Turn right onto Route de Cerveloup. Continue straight ahead, passing access roads to houses on your left and then on your right.
(4) At the fork (Couvoir de Cerveloup), continue left on Route de Cerveloup, which climbs slightly. After a right-hand bend, you will see walnut trees. Continue for 200 metres. At a fork, take a path on the left that is just wide enough for a car (Chemin des Acacias). Do not be distracted by the small paths that branch off to the right or left and continue straight ahead on the wide path. Shortly before a farm and some houses, the path gives way to tarmac.
(5) At the crossroads, continue straight ahead and take thefirst right, the D12C. Further down, you will return to the starting point (S/E).
