Departure from the hamlet of Bèdes, car park at the rubbish bin/cistern.
(S/E) Head north on the D11, then quickly turn left onto Chemin des Bourgades (marked by brown signs). Lavender or yellow markers are affixed to the trees (the Notre-Dame de Consolation route is marked in yellow). Continue straight ahead in the same direction.
(1) Leave a path on your right and continue left (west) to a T-junction (elevation 335).
(2) Turn left and stay on the marked path, continuing in the same direction until you reach the Notre-Dame de Consolation Chapel.
(3) To the left of the chapel, follow a steep, stony path that winds along the cliff.
In the valley, continue straight ahead, following the blue and yellow markings (the ground may be slippery in wet weather).
(4) Follow the path along the ochre cliffs, ignoring the paths on either side.
(5) At the edge of the woods, at the top of the slope, return to the sandy path. Turn left at the oratory in front of the olive trees, then continue straight ahead, pass under a high-voltage line at the top of a hill and you will reach a crossroads marked by a stele.
(6) Before the stele, turn left, continuing to follow the markings.
(7) At the 90° right-hand bend, continue along the track, make another 90° left-hand turn and continue along this path, following theGR®9markings.
(8) Facing the tarmac road, turn right and continue straight ahead to return to Bèdes and the car park (S/E).
