The walk starts from the Parking des Fours car park on Rue des Mallonniers in Saint-Zacharie.
(S/E) Head east along Boulevard des Fours, passing in front of the parking lot. Turn right and descend into the Huveaune riverbed, cross a metal bridge and follow the path up to Avenue Jean Moulin.
(1) Turn right onto this road and continue to Chemin du Plan d'Aups.
(2) Turn left. This road is quite busy, so be careful. Walk for 350 metres until you reach a gate on the left that blocks a track.
(3) Follow a fenced path on the left that runs alongside the private track, then walk along the fields.
(4) Go around a copse on the right to find a track a little higher up, which you should follow, winding through the woods for 2500m. You will arrive at La Mouère.
(5) Take a well-marked path on the left. Follow the GR® markings until you reach a crossroads with a track.
(6) Follow this track to the left.
(7) Leave a small path on your left, which you will take on the way back, and continue straight ahead to the television relay station. Enjoy the view.
(8) Retrace your steps for 300 m.
(7) Turn right onto a small path. Descend 200 m, turn right and descend into the Castillonne valley until you reach the PR® trail that runs alongside the Huveaune.
(9) Turn left and return to Avenue Jean Moulin.
(1) Take the reverse route of the outward journey to return to the car park (S/E).
