Park in the car park at Place du Castelet, opposite Fossat Town Hall.
(S/E) Take the Route de Saverdun opposite. Cross the Lèze and, at the next Y-junction, turn left onto the Route de l’Hourmet. You’ll come to a tributary of the Lèze.
(1) Cross it and continue left onto Rue de l’Hourmet. Walk past the Moulin de Beauregard, then reach the Church of Saint-André.
(2) Turn right, then make a circular loop to the left to reach the Barbasan mill.
(3) Go round the back of the mill and follow the fence as you head downhill. Join the road and turn left onto it to reach the Michelet farm. Carry on, past the houses at Coffe, until you reach those at Balginou.
(4) Stay on this road and begin a gentle climb. After a few bends, you’ll reach the highest point at the houses in Sarda.
(5) Carry on to quickly reach a Y-junction.
(6) Turn left, pass the houses at Rosés, then return to the crossroads by the stream you passed on the way out.
(1) Turn left and, following the route in the opposite direction to the outward journey, return to the car park at the Fossat town hall (S/E).
