Park in the car park behind the church in Campagne-sur-Arize.
(S/E) Set off along Rue de Montfa, cross a crossroads and continue straight ahead along Chemin du Pijoulet. Cross a second crossroads and you will come to a Y-junction.
(1) Turn right onto the tarmac road, which becomes a stony path at the end, and join the Ruisseau du Bois de Marsoulies.
(2) Cross the bridge and climb up to the Borde Crémade farm, which you will need to cross. The route then stretches out across open plains and undergrowth, passing the holiday village of Cazalères and its castle on the left. At the four-way crossroads, turn left towards Daumazan-sur-Arize. You will come to another four-way crossroads.
(3) Continue straight on to the church in Daumazan-sur-Arize.
(4) Turn around and head back to the four-way crossroads after passing the Montbrun stream.
(3) Turn right onto the small tarmac road that leads to the Calvary.
(5) Turn right onto a dirt track that climbs gently. After 1 km through the undergrowth and along the edge of the woods, go around the Lasserre farm buildings on the right, then cross a small oak wood before rejoining a ridge path.
(6) Follow it to the left for 500 m.
(7) Stay on the ridge path and continue right towards Coustalas.
(8) From elevation 346, turn left and walk along the edge of the Bois de Marsoulies, then head straight into the woods towards Loudas.
(9) Leave this hamlet on your left and take a path on the left that descends towards the Arize river at a place called Pijoulet, joining the tarmac road at the start.
(1) Turn right to return to the church car park (S/E).
