The trail starts at the media library car park near the Bennecourt nursery school at 6ter Rue de l'Église.
(S/E) When you leave the car park, turn left onto Rue de l'Église towards the bridge. Turn left onto Rue de la Nourrée, which will turn right. At the end of this street, continue along the path that extends it and leads to Rue de Lombardie. Continue along the path opposite until you reach Rue de la Charrière.
(1) Turn left and continue left onto Rue du Temple. Ignore a path on the right and take Chemin Rural des Baudoins on the right. At the crossroads, turn left and ignore the paths on either side.
(2) At the T-junction, turn right. Follow the red and white markings and pass under a high-voltage power line.
(3) At the next fork, turn left with theGR® and ignore the paths branching off to the sides.
(4) Cross the Coudrayes road. Continue straight ahead on the path that turns right (white and red markings) through the woods.
(5) When you reach the road, take the stairs on your right to take a break near the orientation table. Then cross the road carefully. After about 400 m (after a water tank), take the path on the left between two fields, which will run along a hedge on the left a little further on.
(6) Cross Rue des Fauconniers and take Chemin Sainte-Geneviève à la Roch. Turn left into Rue Robert Mennessier, then right into Rue de la Prairie. Turn left into Rue de la Glacière. Take thefirst right, pass by the church, turn left and you will immediately reach Grande Rue.
(7) Follow the street to the right and immediately turn left. At the crossroads, turn right onto Rue de l'Eau.
(8) Cross the bridge over the Epte and enter Sainte-Geneviève-lès-Gasny.
(9) Pass in front of the church and continue straight ahead. Cross the D5 with caution and follow Rue de la Chapelle. Ignore the street that goes up to the right. Turn left onto Rue de la Vigne Blanche.
(10) Before the cemetery, take a sharp right turn onto theGR®2, which climbs steeply. Follow the red and white markings, ignoring any side paths.
(11) At a T-junction, you will find a signpost with a white and red marker. Leave the main path, which turns right, and turn left and descend.
(12) At the crossroads, turn right.
(13) At the next crossroads, continue straight ahead on theGR®2(second path from the left) which turns left. At the T-junction, turn left and take a stony path which descends quite steeply. At the crossroads, turn right.
(14) Leave theGR® and turn left onto Chemin des Mayeux. Cross the D5 heading left and turn right onto the D201.
(15) Take the first tarmac road on the right. At the end of the road, turn left.
(16) At the next crossroads, turn right (the path that leads south-east on the map no longer exists) and then left a little further on. Continue, ignoring the paths branching off to the side, until you reach a bridge and cross a branch of the Epte river. Ignore the path immediately on the left. Leave Rue du Cas Rouge on your right, then turn left into Rue du Port and continue straight ahead into Rue de la Mairie. Walk past the church.
(17) Turn right onto Rue des Femmes Fraîches, then left onto Rue Gabriel Girodon. After about 100 metres, take the first path on the right.
(18) At the next crossroads, turn right and then take the first path on the left. Continue along this path, which passes under a high-voltage power line, ignoring the paths branching off to the side. Cross the small Bois des Bruyères wood and continue straight ahead.
(19) At the crossroads, turn right onto Chemin des Corbrans. At the end of the road, continue left onto Rue de Limetz until you reach the church.
(20) Turn right onto Rue de l'Eau, then left onto Promenade des Tilleuls until you reach a roundabout. Cross over. You are now back at the starting point (S/E).
