Start from the small car park opposite the stadium on the Scaër road.
(S/E) From the car park, take Rue de Scaër to the right and immediately turn right into the first street on the right. Go around a left-hand bend, then a right-hand bend to enter a path on the left.
(1) Cross a river and turn right onto the road.
(2) Turn left onto the path and follow the road to the left.
(3) Go straight ahead at the crossroads and take the path opposite, leaving a path on your left, and before the river, follow the path on the left (which is not shown on IGN or OpenStreetMap maps). Follow this path along the river and you will come to the D6, which you should follow for a few dozen metres on your left.
(4) Turn right onto the road, continue for about 100 metres and stay on the road on the left. Take the path that runs to the right and stay on the one that branches off to the left. Continue along this path to pass near Moulin Richet.
(5) Follow the Isole and pass Moulin Neuf, where you will find a road to follow.
(6) Just before reaching the crossroads, take the hairpin bend path on the left and pass the Quilos hamlet, keeping to the left. Continue along the path, then follow it to the right and continue until you reach the Scaër road. Follow this road for 100 metres to find the car park on the left (S/E).
