Park in the car park of the old swimming pool, at the roundabout, opposite the campsite.
(S/E) Go up Rue de la Loire then Rue Bourg Chanin to reach Old Mornant and the church. Visit the village.
(1) Walk back down Rue Caremi, Rue Patrin and the gardens next to the former library to reach the gymnasium. Opposite, a small bridge allows you to cross the river, then the D30 road.
(2) Go up opposite La Chavanne and continue west to a place called Le Bois.
(3) Turn north towards Les Terres, Grandes Terres to the west and Les Roches, then head north towards Saint-Sorlin where you cross the road (church).
(4) Continue straight ahead. At the fork, turn left and continue to another fork (elevation 517).
(5) Turn right and descend a path to the north-east towards Chaussan, which leads to the bottom of the Ruisseau de Malval valley.
(6) Turn left towards La Saignette, then west to Le Baudoy.
(7) Head south towards Arfeuille then Chavagneux.
(8) Head south, cross the D613, then the D63 at Collonge and continue south until you reach a small road.
(9) Take it to the left to the sanctuary, which you can visit.
(10) Retrace your steps and head south, then east. Join a small road that passes near a water tower and continue to a crossroads.
(11) Turn right and, after 200 m, you will come to a path on the left.
(12) Take this path down to Lac de la Madone. Follow the lake to the dam.
(13) Cross the dam and head north up Chemin des Côtes (Pré Baron).
(15) Turn south-east for 1 km until you reach a path.
(16) Take it on the left to reach Mornant via the Croix de l'Orémus and the roundabout at the campsite (S/E).
