On leaving La Bâtie-Rolland, heading towards La Bégude-de-Mazenc, turn right onto the D210 towards La Touche. Cross the Pont de la Somme over the Jabron. About 1.5 km on, a large car park is available on the left-hand side of the road.
(S/E) Cross the D120 with care, then follow it for a few dozen metres towards La Touche. Take the wide path uphill on the right.
(1) At the fork, keep left on the grassy path and continue straight on until you reach the tarmac road at the Notre-Dame de Maltaize Chapel.
(2) Continue to a crossroads and take the road on the right, then turn right again at the next crossroads. Continue straight on along Chemin Micolline and, turning slightly left, join Chemin de Gournier.
(3) Follow this path to the left until you reach the hamlet of Les Durands.
(4) Turn right onto the uphill path between the houses and continue straight on until you reach the three-way junction.
(5) Keep to the left and head downhill to a crossroads.
(6) Take the path on the right to the Pont de la Cabane.
(7) Cross the Pont de la Cabane and continue uphill. On leaving the woods, take the path on the right running alongside the woods and fields. Leave this at the stony hairpin bend uphill to the right to follow a small track running parallel to the path. After a short climb, keep to the left (small ruin) and head back down, skirting a large meadow on your left. Then turn right between a small copse on the left and the large meadow on the right. Continue along the main path between the woods and fields, which winds its way until it joins the D210, leaving the farms on your left.
(8) At the road, turn right and return to the car park (S/E).
