Description of the walk

Access: head towards the (former) campsite and the football ground. After the small bridge crossing the Bienne, park on the right 50 metres further on (follow the signposts for “Sept Contes en Balade” in the village).
The start of the trail is marked by a life-size book (access via the front door).

(S/E) Go through the entrance gate, keeping an eye out for the markers to follow the route.
Walk past the football ground and continue along the forest path, following the markers.

(1) Ignore a path on the left – this will be the return route.

(2) Take the woodland path on the left, continuing to look out for the markers.

(3) Continue left along the path that runs alongside the River Bienne

(1) Turn right and rejoin the forest track to return to the car park (S/E).

A common occurrence in the Jura forests, ticks are voracious and can be found everywhere.
Don’t forget to check yourself over after the walk.

A lovely introduction to hiking for children aged between 4 and 7! There are little games and displays all along the route; it’s a fairly flat route with plenty of shade in a lovely spot.

Nothing to fault – the atmosphere is perfect with the moss-covered trees, the décor is just right, and the bell games are absolutely hilarious.

Truly perfect for a family outing, a great introduction to hiking.

Thank you!
