The hike starts from the car park of the Foyer Socio Educatif at the Woelfling football stadium.
(S/E) At the car park exit, take Rue Allmend on the right to reach the Roman road.
(1) Turn right and continue straight ahead until you reach the wind turbine. Continue straight ahead for 30 metres and turn right onto the path that leads into the forest.
(2). Follow this path to the next intersection.
(3) Turn right to reach the Schorwald calvary and continue straight ahead for 100 m on the tarmac path.
(4) Turn left towards the wind turbine in front of you.
(5) Continue straight ahead.
(6) At the end of the road, turn right onto the stony path that descends towards the village.
(7) Before reaching the village, turn left and follow the red ring markings to the entrance of the village of Wiesviller.
(8) Pass in front of the church and head towards the car park of the multi-purpose hall.
(9) At the end of the car park, turn left onto the path that crosses a few small gardens and other private vegetable plots.
(10) At the end of the path, take the small road on the right that leads to the exit of Wiesviller. At the next intersection, turn left and then immediately right towards Rue des Étangs.
(11) Leave the village via the gravel road and continue straight ahead to reach the entrance to the Neubrunnerwald forest.
Take the path that leads to the edge of the forest and, at the edge of the forest, begin your descent to the left for 200 metres before entering the woods on the right and following the path. At the end of the path, cross the meadow for 200 metres.
(12) Turn right onto the Roman road, which will take you straight back to Woelfling.
Turn right at the crossroads towards Woelfling to return to your starting point (S/E).
