Start: Park in the tiny car park by the Yé church at the western end of the village.
(S/E) Follow the road toward the village for a few minutes to reach the trail junction.
(1) Then turn right (South) onto the wide track leading towards the crater, through crops protected by low circular or rectangular walls (vines, prickly pears).
After about 15 minutes, before a sharp bend, the track comes to a halt and a good, gently sloping path takes over.
A solitary palm stands by the side of the path, but its shade is rare. Pretty rocks covered with lichens and euphorbia.
We soon reach the edge of the crater.
(2) A good path leads off to the left, winding its way up to a fence, with a beautiful view of the small Torrecilla de Domingo castle. We continue and, after the turn to the west imposed by the fence, and a downhill path through the crops, we come to a junction with a good path.
(3) Head East, and you'll arrive at the bodegas de la Torrecilla.
(4) We then rejoin the road and enter the village via the main road or the village streets; this takes us back to the church car park (S/E).
