Park in the car park along the greenway opposite the eco-bike relay station on Rue Jean Jaurès in Ferrière-la-Grande.
(S/E) Leave the car park, turn right (Rue Jean Jaurès) and at the roundabout, turn right onto Rue Pierre François Dumont. Ignore a street on the right and at Square de la Paix, turn right (Rue Aristide Briand). Ignore all adjacent streets until the end of the tarmac. Continue for a few metres until you reach the Blanc Rieu stream at the edge of the village.
(1) Turn right and follow the winding path to the greenway.
(2) Turn left and continue straight ahead until you reach the road. Cross it and continue to the gymnasium.
(3) Turn left, go around the gymnasium and turn right (Impasse Léo Lagrange). At the end, turn right onto Rue Léo Lagrange, then continue left onto Rue de Morlut until you reach Rue d'Obrechies.
(4) Turn left, ignore the two streets on the left and take the first right, Rue Max Dormoy. Take the first street on the left, Rue Denise.
(5) Take this street, then turn left at the next intersection (Rue Gabriel Péri). Follow this road, then turn right onto Place du Général de Gaulle.
(6) Continue right onto Rue Henri Devorsine, go straight ahead and ignore two streets on the right until you reach the crossroads, just before leaving the houses, which leads to Bois de Maubeuge.
(7) Turn left onto the dead-end road. The street becomes a path; cross an intersection and continue straight ahead until you reach the crossroads from the outward journey.
(1) Continue straight ahead and return to the starting point via the reverse route (S/E).
