Park at the end of the Auchan car park (towards Volx).
(S/E) Cross the main road: caution: heavy traffic at certain times and no protected crossing. Take the path opposite. Pass the building materials company (stones) on your right. At the Plan d'Agut road, turn left then right to follow the Chemin de Pimayon to a three-way junction.
(1) Turn right onto the tarmac road and follow it for about 600 m until you reach another fork, then keep to the right.
(2) Ignore the return path on the right and continue straight ahead until you reach the "No Hunting" sign.
(3) Take the path on the right, not the one that runs alongside the vineyard but another one a few metres above. Follow it, ignoring the path that branches off to the left.
(4) Turn right then left as you cross the canal. Follow the canal on your left and cross the aqueduct. Walkers who are prone to vertigo should look at the water, their feet and keep one hand on the handrail. 30 m after the aqueduct, turn left onto a small path that leads into the forest. After 700 metres in the forest, the path curves left around a field that is currently fallow and then widens. Stay on this path.
(5) Ignore the road that branches off to the left and continue straight ahead, ignoring all the paths that branch off to the left. The road is wide and runs alongside the campsite on the right.
(6) After the campsite, the tarmac road descends until it reaches the canal. Turn right just before the canal and follow it for 400 metres. Turn right and then immediately keep left, leaving the path that branches off to the right. Climb the Piétramal hill on the stony path. After a 200-metre climb, there is a descent of the same length. After that, the quality of the path improves. Do not take the first path that branches off to the right, turn left at the second hairpin bend and join the canal.
(7) Cross it, turn right and continue along it, following the shaded path at the foot of the Tuillière hill. Pass in front of a reservoir, cross the aqueduct again and at the next crossroads, turn left to continue along the canal that follows the Bois d'Agut.
(2) Turn left at the hairpin bend and follow the path you took on the way out.
(1) Continue straight ahead to the car park (S/E).
