Start _: There is a small car park near the leisure centre.
(S/E) With your back to the car park, take the footbridge and cross the ria. At Impasse des Galets, turn left.
(1) Turn right into the Chemin de la Maison Blanche, which you follow to the left.
(2) Turn right to reach the access road to the last car park on the peninsula, and follow it to the left. Cross the car park and take the road (closed to traffic) to the Kermorvan lighthouse.
(3) Turn right onto the first path heading North-West, with a wide view of Plage des Blancs Sablons. Continue along this coastal path to the next junction.
Turn right onto the path between the ferns, which leads to the Îlette, fortified by Vauban: at low tide, it can be reached (allow a good quarter of an hour round-trip, but be careful to check the tide timetable).
(4) Continue along the path, which continues its loop: wide view of the Ponant Islands.
Where you meet the path you took on the outward journey, turn right to head South-West, leaving the access road to Plage de Porz Pabu on your right (signpost).
(5)A little further on, on the right, take the coastal path around this beach (signpost). Continue to reach the point where the square-shaped, 20m-high lighthouse is located (not open to visitors).
(6) Leave the road to the left and continue along the coastal path, which now offers a view of the Port du Conquet and, further on, Pointe Saint-Mathieu with its lighthouse and the ruins of the former abbey. As you go on, the view widens to include the ria and the footbridge that crosses it.
Reach the car park crossed on the outward journey and follow the path backwards to reach the footbridge and the car park at the end(S/E).
