Park in the car park at Pointe Saint-Mathieu.
(S/E) From the car park, walk around the sites at the headland then join the GR®34 coastal path at the semaphore.

Take the coastal path to the right, walk past the semaphore and the cenotaph, and continue on to Pointe de Penzer.
(1) Just before the headland, leave the coast by carefully crossing the D85 coastal road to the right.

After 150 m, at the junction, take the yellow PR®.

At the junction, turn left, pass Penzer Farm, turn right then left whilst continuing to follow the markings, then follow the road to the left at the Croix de Pont l’Her.
(2) Pass Lochrist cemetery on your left and continue in the same direction towards Kéringar Vraz, then turn left onto the road towards Kerzavar. Continue until you reach the junction with a track.
(3) Turn slightly left onto a path between two rows of hedges and continue to the junction with Rue de Kervidré. Cross it, then carry on straight ahead along the path through a residential area until you reach Rue Milin Avel.
(4) Enjoy the view, carry on in the same direction, then head down Rue des Îles to the gendarmerie on the D789.
(5) Follow the verge on the left along this departmental road and, after the Beauséjour holiday centre, turn right onto the path that takes you to the banks of the Ria du Conquet. Walk along it on the left.

(6) Cross the Passerelle du Craoë footbridge, then head up the tarmac path on the right, following the castle walls, and continue until you reach the junction with the Route de Kermorvan.

(7) Take the path on the right which runs alongside the road for about 200 m, go downhill to the right then to the left until you reach the ria. Follow it until you reach the Bois de Lanfeust car park.
(8) Head back up to the left into the woods along the sandy path. At the junction, take the main path slightly to the left until you reach a road, which you should follow to the right.
(9) At the water tower, take the street on the left; at the bend, take the path on the left for about 200 m. Take the road on the left and immediately cross the road to the right to reach car park P2 at Plage des Blancs-Sablons.
(10) Head down to the right towards the beach, then, before reaching it, follow the GR® to the left through the dunes planted with marram grass and continue to the car park on the Kermorvan Peninsula.

(11) Follow the tarmac path up to the lighthouse, then, after about 250 metres, turn right onto the path that follows the cliff along Anse des Blancs Sablons.
(12) At the narrowing, turn right to complete the circular loop at the tip of the headland. Pass the old Îlette fort, which can be accessed with care and caution at low tide. On returning from the circular route, head right towards Kermorvan Lighthouse. Leave Porz Pabu Beach on your right and continue along the path to the tarmac access road leading to the lighthouse.
(13) Turn right onto this road and follow it to the lighthouse grounds.
(14) Once inside the grounds, walk to the lighthouse and walk round it to enjoy the magnificent view of the islands of Molène and Ouessant, and to the south, of Pointe Saint-Mathieu and Le Conquet.
Turn back.
(13) Continue to the right, then head eastwards with care along the path overlooking Le Conquet harbour, and carry on to the car park at Pointe de Kermorvan.
(11) Turn right onto the path running alongside the harbour, offering a view of Le Conquet, then follow the road and take the Chemin de la Maison Blanche on the right; head down to the right to reach the Passerelle du Traorë and cross it.

(6) At the exit, turn right, walk along the ria and then past Le Conquet harbour, and head up towards Pointe Sainte Barbe: enjoy the view over the Kermorvan Peninsula. Then head down towards Portez Beach.
(15) Walk along the cliff path up to Pointe des Renards: there’s a lovely view to the right over the islands and to the left over Pointe Saint Mathieu.
(16) Carry on along the coastal path towards Bilou Beach and its beautiful wash house – not to be missed.
(17) Carry on to Pors Liogan Beach.
(18) At the beach, carry on to Pointe de Penzer
(1) Follow the same route back as on the way there to reach the car park at Pointe Saint-Mathieu (S/E).
