Cessay Farm

Description of the walk

To reach the starting point, head towards Ferme de Cessay, just on the outskirts of Frasne. Park in the car park next to the farm.

(S/E) To start this walk, follow the path to the left of the farm (when you have your back to the road). A sign points the way.

(1) At the junction, turn left.

(2) At the next junction, take the path on the left. After passing through the monks’ cemetery, you’ll reach another junction.

(3) Follow the grassy path on the left to explore the Source des Moines. Retrace your steps.

(3) Continue along the main path on the left. Ignore a path coming from the right and you’ll reach the junction you took on the way there.

(1) Carry on straight ahead to reach the Ferme de Cessay (S/E).
