Park in the small car park below the Saint-Laurent-du-Pont hospital.
(S/E) Take the stairs towards the hospital, in the direction of Les Martins. Go to the crossroads at the corner of the retirement home.
(1) First turn right then left at this corner and continue to the Chemin des Reys crossroads. Turn right. At the bend, continue straight ahead onto Chemin des Moles, which quickly becomes a footpath and leads to Chemin de Piquetière.
(2) Cross it and take the path opposite that leads to the summit of Croix de Côte Curt.
(3) Begin the descent via the first path on the right. You will arrive at a place called Fourvoirie, then at the old Chartreux distillery.
(4) Turn back for about 150 metres, then continue along the path on the left in the forest to reach the hamlet of Provenches via the Chemin de Provenches.
(5) At the crossroads, turn left onto Chemin du Souvenir Français, walk alongside the cemetery and reach the initial crossroads at the corner of the retirement home.
(1) Turn left onto the outward route to return to the car park where you started (S/E).
