Description of the walk

To access the starting point, head to Les Iscles on the D17, 930600 Gallician - Vauvert, where free parking is available.

(S/E) Stop by the Scamandre Discovery Centre to register your entry and pick up a leaflet containing information on the connection points between the trails, so you can tailor your walk to your interests.
Once in the park, take the path heading north-west along the Canal des Carpettes. After about 600 metres, turn right and continue along the Roselière du Bouveau until you reach the connection point.

(1) Turn right onto the path on the left dyke. Follow this path to the first intersection.

(2) Turn left (east) and continue until you reach the boardwalk. Turn left again, then quickly turn right to reach an observation platform.

(3) Retrace your steps and turn right onto the boardwalk. Continue until you reach the connection point.

(1) Continue straight ahead towards the observatory. Follow the boardwalk until you reach the observatory.

(4) Retrace your steps to the connection point.

(1) Continue left to cross the Marais de Buisson Gros, from west to east, until you reach the crossroads.
