Depart from the Tourist Office car park, Avenue Murat Sistrières.
(S/E) Head towards the town centre via Rue Roger Blanadet, then turn right onto Avenue André Mercier and continue along Rue Basse. When you reach Avenue du Docteur Jean Lambert, first turn left then right and continue along the lane that runs alongside the small square on the right. Continue uphill along Rue du Baillage, pass the church and its square and reach Rue du Cap del Liou.
Follow this small street to the end, turn right, pass the stream visible below on the right, then continue left on the path until the next fork.
(1) Climb up to the right and you will soon reach a flat area and Castel Viel on your right (ruins and viewpoint).
Then continue along the path, which quickly climbs and becomes steep, to reach Rocher de Maisonne and its cross.
(2) After enjoying the viewpoint, return to the fork at the edge of the stream after passing Castel Viel.
(1) Turn right and follow the path that runs along the stream on your left. When the climb becomes a little steeper, you only have a third of the distance left to go. The path then turns left and arrives at the Cascade du Trou de la Conche waterfall.
(3) After enjoying this spot, retrace your steps to the fork before thefirst houses of Vic-sur-Cère.
(1) Continue straight ahead, enter the town and follow the route you took on the way up to reach the Tourist Office car park (S/E).
