Take the Nespouls exit on the A20. Take the D920 and head south of Belveyre to a four-way junction near a hideous square concrete tower. Park on the hard shoulder near the junction.
Red and yellow signposted route,PR®8andPR®9, to the hamlet of La Coste.
(S/E) Head west along the Route des Chabanas, which soon leads to the esplanade and the goat fair stalls. At the end of the tarmac road, turn left down a path that joins the D19.
(1) Cross it carefully and follow the road opposite. At the first bend, take the shortcut which soon joins the road. You’ll reach a fork at the entrance to the hamlet of Favars.

(3) Continue leftwards to the communal oven.
(4) Retrace your steps to the fork you passed on the way out, at the entrance to the hamlet of Favars.
(2) Turn left onto the tarmac Chemin des Justes and follow it for a good hundred metres.
(5) Turn left onto Chemin de la Combe la May. Follow this wide, shaded path which passes under the railway line and joins a road before reaching the hamlet of La Coste.
Before the hamlet, look out for a chimney in a field and, in the village, a dovecote and a communal oven.
(6) In the heart of the hamlet, leave thePR®8andPR®9, continue straight ahead and quickly take the path on the right which climbs between two new houses. Follow this path, which crosses a road and continues to a footbridge allowing you to cross the railway line.
(7) Cross this footbridge and continue along the path leading to Farges. Cross a road, take the street opposite and walk through Farges to a three-way junction with a grassy central island.
(8) After 30 m, take a path on the left leading to a quarry. A little further on, take the path at right angles to the right, which leads to the main road to Belveyre.
(9) Follow it to the left and walk through the entire hamlet (with some very beautiful houses). Continue to the fork marked by a cross.
(10) Turn right to reach the car park (S/E).
