Park at the Col de la Fausse.
(S/E) Take the Chemin de la Milonière towards La Milonière and join thefirst path on the right.
(1) Follow this path uphill to reach a field. Walk along the right-hand side of the field until you reach a fork at the corner.
(2) Take the path on the right at the edge of the woodland, heading towards the Bois du Barthélémy, and follow it along the contour line. Cross over to the other side of the ridge (elevation 654) by veering to the left. Continue, keeping to the left at the edge of the woodland, until you reach the road leading to the hamlet of Les Jumeaux.
(3) Turn left and follow the road. Pass through Les Jumeaux and, at the junction, continue to the right onto Chemin de Pierre Folle. Cross Les Jumeaux du Sud and carry on along Chemin du Soupa until you reach a left-hand bend (elevation 726).
(4) At the bend, take the dirt track that continues from the road. Follow it to the next junction (about 500 m) and turn left. At the next fork, turn right and continue to the road. Take this road to the left towards Le Soupat.
(5) At the entrance to Le Soupat, take the hairpin bend to the right and follow it straight on until the next fork.
(6) Turn left, walk downhill for about a hundred metres and you’ll reach a four-way junction. Keep left and you’ll soon find a path on the left.
(7) Take this path and follow it as it runs along the old aqueduct and follows the contour line to the Ruisseau de la Milonière, ignoring the offshoots to the right and left.
(8) Just after crossing the stream, turn right (if you carry on straight ahead, you’ll end up back at the Jumeaux du Sud). At the next junction, take a sharp right-hand bend towards Les Malettes and rejoin the Milonière at a wooden cross.
(9) Turn left and carry on straight ahead to the Col de la Fausse (S/E).
