The walk starts from the car park at Cuis church.
(S/E) Take the small road that runs alongside the vineyard, to the right of the car park (when facing away from the church).
(1) At the first crossroads, turn left (follow the signs). The path joins the edge of the woods after a few hundred metres.
(2) About 200 metres after the big bend, take the path that climbs into the woods, turning 120° to the left. The path is steep at first. Then it follows the cliff. There is a collapsed section with a path that goes around the dangerous area.
Pass a small clearing, then arrive at a larger clearing, which is a hang-gliding launch site. Please note that the vegetation is protected and picking is prohibited. The path continues at the end of the clearing.
(3) At the crossroads, do not take the path that descends steeply to the right, but the second path on the right, which remains level. After a few hundred metres through the woods, you will arrive at the clay pigeon shooting range.
(4) After the clay pigeon shooting range, turn left and take the wide path through the woods.
(5) Enter the housing estate straight ahead, then take the third left (Allée de la Forêt). Walk to the calvary where there is a nice rest area.
(6) Go around the rest area on the left and walk down through the vineyards on the farm track.
(7) At the houses, turn left onto Rue Ferdinand Moret. At the building materials depot, turn right, then left, right and left again (marked path).
(8) Pass a wayside cross and arrive at the starting point (S/E).

Avoid in May/June.
A lovely, easy hike (with a surprisingly steep climb at the start):
