Description of the walk

Park in the car park by the footbridge on the D1091 opposite the hamlet of Les Roberts.

(S/E) Cross the D1091, take the path opposite and emerge at the Himalayan footbridge.

(1) Take the footbridge and begin the descent along the right bank of the Romanche. You will reach the hamlet of Le Ponant.

(2) Cross the Romanche, then follow the D1091 and pass the statue of Louis XVI. Turn right onto the path, continue and cross the village of Rioupéroux to reach the Museum.

(3) Retrace your steps along the route you took on the way there to return to the car park on the D1081 (S/E).
