Park at the top of Chemin du Mollard Ceval, in the woods.
(S/E) Start south-west on the wide yellow-marked track (note that these markings will be followed throughout, but they are very faint).
(1) At the first crossroads, leave the track on the left and continue straight ahead.
(2) When you reach a second crossroads (signpost), take the track on the left going west towards the Col de Parménie.
Cross the Combe Noire forest. You will reach a hairpin bend at an altitude of 600 metres.
(3) Turn left at a 90° angle.
Continue climbing steeply for about 100 metres before reaching a much gentler slope.
You will then reach the entrance to the Domaine de Notre Dame des Croix. Take the upper track (towards the east, go through the barrier) to cross the estate and continue towards the orientation table (tourist sign). Reach this table.
(4) Return via the path that heads south and then turns west to reach Notre Dame.
Then take the road to the Col de Parménie.
(5) Take the wide path on the left, still marked in yellow, indicating Les Vernes.
Reach Les Vernes, continue left at the crossroads and follow the signs for Mollard Cheval, passing under the power line.
(6) Take the path on the right rather than the one on the left, even though it is marked yellow, pass in front of the Parménie equestrian farm, then return to the car park (S/E).
