Description of the walk

Start at the car park by the Beaucroissant tennis courts, Chemin des Étangs.

(S/E) Leave the tennis courts on your left and follow the yellow signposts. You’ll soon come to a first pond on your left, then a little further on, a second pond lined with weeping willows.

(1) Immediately after this second pond, turn left towards the yellow signs 50 metres further on. “Les étangs, 425 m”.

(2) Then turn right towards Izeaux. Enter the woodland 50 metres further on, and soon you’ll walk alongside a large pond on your right.

(3) At the end of the pond, turn right, ignoring the Yellow Cross, and carry on until you reach a small, quiet tarmac road.

(4) Turn right, pass under some power lines and carry on until you reach the signs for Beaucroissant.

(5) Then turn right once more and rejoin the starting road at the end of the second pond. You’ll see the yellow signs 50 metres further on.

(1) Turn left and carry on straight ahead until you reach the car park where you started (S/E).
