Description of the walk

From Saint-Crépin, take the Villard road, then continue along the dirt track to park in the dirt car park above Moussière.

(S) Turn right onto the wide track in the larch forest and you will soon reach a Y-shaped crossroads.

(1) Stay on the left track and, after a hairpin bend to the left, continue to the Cabane Sainte-Marie.

(2) Continue climbing, then follow the Béal Noir on its left bank and reach the protected spring catchment area.

(3) Go around it, then finish the climb off-trail for about 100 metres and you will find the GR®541.

(4) Take it on the right, at a hillock, and turn right to find a flat area to set up camp (E).
