Park at the northern entrance to the village (information boards about the thurifers).
(S/E) Take the discovery trail.
(1) Leave the trail and continue along the old canal (you can also reach Les Guions via the Thurifères trail, which has several information panels about these rare trees; this route is less pleasant but more cultural).
(2) After 1.5 km, leave the canal and climb up to the right into a valley (sign) via a small path.
Join the discovery trail to reach the hamlet of Les Guions (visit the hamlet). Cross it.
(3) Take the marked path on the left towards Champaussel. Descend to the bottom of a valley, cross the Torrent de Pra Reboul on a small bridge before reaching the hamlet and crossing it.
(4) Above Champaussel, take the path on the left towards Combe Mounière. Continue straight ahead for about 1 km on the plateau until you reach a crossroads near the altitude of 1351.
(5) Take the path on the left, heading south. Stay on this path, which descends straight down to Pra Reboul. Reach the bottom of the hamlet.
(6) Follow the road to the left until you reach the Moulin Queyras crossroads.
(7) Turn left, go around Moulin Queyras via a path and reach the forest. Find a cairn on the right.
(8) Follow the path that winds its way up the old canal, which you follow southwards before rejoining the outward route.
(2) Retrace your steps to return to the car park (S/E).
