Departure from the car park of the Trotte Lapin leisure centre.
(S/E) Leave the car park, take the road to the left and, immediately after the bridge over the Jorle, turn right onto the grassy path along the hedge. Continue along the edge of the woods until you reach a road, which you take, going up to the left.
(1) After passing through Auriolle, before a left-hand bend, near the high-voltage electricity pylon, continue straight ahead along the grassy path, following the power line. Follow the path to its end and then continue along the road to reach the entrance to the village. At the entrance to the village, after the lake, turn right onto Grand Rue. Cross the village of Moirax, passing in front of the church, then, at the exit, after Parc du Rempart, turn right onto Rue du Moulin de la Jorle.
(2) Turn left onto Chemin de Piques towards Lasboubées. At the end of the tarmac road, continue along the descending path, which is first stony and then grassy.
(3) At the end of the descent, after turning left, at the intersection of paths, with a yellow cross opposite, turn right onto the path leading to the motorway with a green cross. Continue along the grassy path alongside the motorway fence. Cross the bridge over the Jorle and continue along the path opposite. After a steep climb and a right turn, continue through the woods, staying on the wide path at the bottom of the woods, and go to a road.
(4) When you reach the road, leave the bridge on your right, cross and continue straight ahead on the path along the edge of the Ruisseau de la Jorle. About a hundred metres after the road, the path splits into two equivalent paths. Take the one on the left with the red and green markings (Chemin de Cluny).
(5) At the three-way junction, do not cross the bridge on the right over the Jorle but continue straight ahead following the orange markings, Route d'Artagnan. About thirty metres further on, before the stream, ignore the path to the left marked with red and green signs. Cross the ford on the stones or planks depending on the water level, follow the path on the left marked with a green line and yellow cross and continue along the Ruisseau de Toumbade.
(6). Before another ford on the left, follow the path going up to the right with the green markings. At the edge of the woods, turn left, continue along the edge for about 200 metres, then turn right onto the path going up between two fields.
(7) Continue straight ahead, following the green andGR® 652 white and red markings, until you reach a road. Cross the road and continue along the path opposite, following the blue andGR® 652 markings.
(8) At the intersection, ignore the path leading left to the Trotte Lapin Ecomuseum and turn right to return to the car park where you started.
(9) Ten metres before the entrance gate to Trotte Lapin, go down the steps on the left-hand side to head towards the starting car park (S/E).
