Car park at Jean Bruck Stadium on Rue Jean Hieaux.
(S/E) From the stadium car park, turn left onto Avenue Jean Hieaux and, after passing the large cinema car park, turn right to enter Parc Marie Amelie through a wooden gate. Follow the river (La Commune) to Rue des Machebeaux.
(1) Turn left towards the roundabout and turn right onto Rue Saint-Thibault. Pass in front of the Ecomusée des Vignerons and continue to the crossroads.
(2) At the café-tabac, turn left onto Rue du Bois Sabot, then immediately right onto Rue d'Orfeuil. At no. 23, climb the stairs on the left and go around the right side of the park to pass near the Chapelle Royale Saint-Louis.
(3) At Rue de Penthievre, turn right and you will come to a road.
(4) Turn right onto Rue Billy and walk along the cemetery to the end, then go around it on the right.
(5) Turn right once you reach the end of the cemetery, then at the big bend, turn left onto Allée des Fours à Chaux. Continue left onto Boulevard des Maillotières and admire the beautiful view from the heights. When you reach a road, cross it and take Sentier de la Cote Saulnier opposite. Go down the stairs to Rue du Commandant Beaurepaire.
(6) Turn right onto this street and walk for about 300 metres, then cross the second bridge over the river, walk along a car park and continue straight ahead until you reach a road.
(7) Cross this road and continue straight ahead into the park to reach Square de la République, then exit at the end on the left onto Rue Senarmont. At Place Paul Doumer, turn right and then immediately left onto Rue de Châteaudun. Just before the town hall, turn left to enter the Parc de l'Hôtel de Ville and exit via Rue Loiseliers-Deslongchamps. Go down this street on the right.
(8) Cross Boulevard Dubois and, at the river (the Blaise), follow it to the right until you reach a road. Turn right, then left onto Rue des Gaults. Continue straight ahead, cross a crossroads and continue straight ahead along Rue Esmery Garon for about 100 metres. Turn right onto Quai aux Arbres, then right again onto Rue Porte Chartraine.
(9) Turn left, then right onto Quai Adele Foucher towards Place de la Bonde. At the square, turn right, then left twice to reach Place de la Ronde. Take the first right, then left to reach Rue aux Tanneurs. Turn left onto Rue Saint-Thibault, pass one junction, then reach another.
(2) Turn left again onto Rue Ernest Renan. Cross the river, then further on, turn right and then left onto a path to reach Rue des Marchebeaux. Turn left onto this street and continue to the roundabout.
(10) Turn right onto Rue du Vieux Pré, then left onto Rue des Mousseaux. Turn right onto Rue Saint Martin, cross the Blaise river, then turn left onto Rue du Docteur Jousselin. At the end, turn right and, opposite Place Pierre Semard, turn right onto Rue du Bois des Fosses towards Dreux station and continue to the roundabout.
(11) Turn right onto Rue Saint-Martin, then left and left again until you reach a roundabout: turn right onto Avenue Jean Hieaux to return to the car park at Stade Jean Bruck (S/E).
