Park in front of Montreuil Town Hall, Rue de l'Aunaie.
Follow the yellow markings.
(S/E) Head towards the church, cross the bridge over the Eure and join Rue des Heunières.
(1) Turn left and, immediately afterwards, take the path on the right between the houses, then climb up to the crossroads at the top of the hill.
(2) Turn right, heading south-east, until you reach the five-way junction.
(3) Leave the return path on your left. Continue straight ahead, then cross the Avre aqueduct. Continue straight on, along the signposted path, for about 800 m, until you reach a path that veers to the left.
(4) Turn left (another marked route continues straight ahead) and carry on straight ahead until you reach the D928.
(5) Cross it (take care) and turn right onto the Allée du Roi, following it to the end.
(6) At the end, head left for a few dozen metres, then turn left again, ignoring the paths branching off to the left or right. You will arrive at the Allée Belle-Vue de Motel.
(7) Follow it to the left for a few metres, then turn right and join the Allée du Berceau.
(8) Turn left onto Allée du Berceau heading north-west. Pass Allées du Bochet, then Allées des Maisons Motier, and reach Croix du Carré.
(9) Cross the D928 again (take care) and take thesecond lane on the left, between plots 149 and 167 (Allée de la Ronce). Cross the Carrefour du Belvédère. At the end of the lane, you’ll reach the junction where the circular route begins.
(3) Turn right and retrace your steps along the path you took on the way there, crossing the bridge over the Eure and passing the church to return to the car park (S/E).
