Park in the town hall car park. If there are no spaces available, you can park in the school car park, but before 9.30 am, the car park may be occupied by parents.
(S/E) Walk down from the car park, follow Rue de la Mairie to the right until you reach the pedestrian crossing. Cross the road and continue to the right until you reach Rue du Mouchelle. The route is marked in blue.
(1) Turn left to walk down Rue du Mouchelle for about 100 m, then turn right into Ruelle aux Vaches. Continue to the gate at the edge of the woods visible on the left, go through it and continue straight on. Ignore all the paths branching off to the left and right as you walk through the woods. The path curves back towards the south. At the first area of reforestation, you can see a small pond on the left. Continue until you reach a building at the edge of the woods.
(2) Go straight on along the path. Ignore the first street on the right and leave the Chemin de Mondemare. Turn right onto the next street, Rue du Mouchelle. Continue to the next junction and turn right to head up the Grande Rue de Bréolle. At the stop sign, turn left onto Rue du Rucher and stay on this street, turning left at the first junction. Cross Rue de la Grande Brêche using the pedestrian crossing to head opposite onto Route de Daubeuf and reach the first wayside cross.
(3) Take the path on the left just after the “Route de Daubeuf” sign. Continue and cross a tarmac road (Rue du Moulin) and carry on straight ahead until you reach Rue de l’Église. Turn left to admire the stained-glass windows.
(4) Turn back and rejoin the route to the left until you reach the next wayside cross.
(5) Follow Rue Maure to the left until you reach the village pond, where the third wayside cross stands.
(6) Go round the pond on the left to return to the car park (S/E).
