Park at Col des Salettes, turning left onto the track, and drive to the abandoned house, finding a place to park without obstructing forestry vehicles or other walkers.
(S/E) Take the path on the left marked in yellow, leaving the Route Forestière de Rives Hautes on your right. You will soon reach it.
(1) Continue right on the forest road. Stay on it and enjoy the beautiful panorama it offers. At a bend, you will reach the Source de l'Argent Double.
(2) Continue south on this track. At the crossroads at an altitude of 833, take the path on the left to reach the ridge at the four-way crossroads at a place called La Ramière.
(3) Leave the track here and take the path downhill opposite. Stay on this path to reach a new track at a hairpin bend.
(4) At this hairpin bend, follow the main track to the right. Cross several streams to reach a new crossroads in the Minervois National Forest.
(5) Turn onto the track on the right, heading due west, and you will soon reach a new crossroads marked by a DFCI water tank.
(6) Pass the cistern, turn right, climb steeply up the ridge and reach La Bourrasse.
(7) Continue down the ridge, heading due east. Be careful, as the path sometimes tends to close in. You will come back to the crossroads you passed on the way there.
(3) Set off opposite, now climbing the ridge. To do this, follow the magnificent cairns that mark it out. Reach the highest point.
(8) Begin the descent, veering slightly to the left to leave the ridge. Return to the PR®® crossroads.
(9) Take it on the left to enter the woods. Keep to it to return to the initial crossroads.
(1) Turn right and follow the same route as on the way up to return to the Col de Salettes car park (S/E).
