Park on Rue du Château.
Follow the yellow markings
(S/E). Opposite the starting sign, turn left (toilets) and go up the cobbled street. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Rue du Four Banal, continue towards the village and turn left into the small Rue de l'Arceau. Pass under the arch, continue along Rue de l'Église to admire the view of the fortress.
(1) Take the small gravel path downhill. At the three-way junction, turn left and follow the Anglin towards the bridge. Pass underneath it and follow Rue du Donjon, continuing to follow the Anglin. Follow this path, ignoring the trail on the left leading to private property, and continue along theGR® de Pays de la Brenne to the woods.
(2) In the woods, continue and turn left, still following the GRP®.
(3) Turn left again onto the path that goes uphill, leaving theGR® on your right. Leave the woods and walk between the fields. Ignore the paths on the left, pass in front of a dovecote and you will come to a small road.
(4) Turn left onto this road leading to the pretty Certeaux property. Leave the road on the right and descend towards the hamlet of Boisdichon.
(5) After the sign for the locality, turn right onto a small, picturesque path that is well shaded and surrounded by stones. Further on, walk along the fence surrounding the Roc aux Sorciers site. At the end of the path, turn left onto Chemin du Pont-levis.
(6) When you reach the castle chapel, carefully descend the uneven steps to return to the starting point (S/E).
