Start: Westhoffen town hall, car park on Route de Traenhein next to the fire station.
(S/E) From the car park, take Route de Balbronn, turn right and then left after Rue Meyer. Pass the church on Rue Neuve and continue until the road changes name (Rue Buhlweg).
(1) Turn right onto Rue Léon Blum, then right again onto Rue des Rabbins Guggenheim. Turn right and continue straight ahead until you reach Rue Westerend.
(2) Turn right to visit the Jewish cemetery and learn about the famous people of the town. Retrace your steps.
(2) Take the path uphill marked by a blue triangle and red and yellow rings. Climb through the vineyard until you reach a fork.
(3) Turn right and you will come to an orientation table.
(4) Continue for about 50 metres, then turn left at the hairpin bend, following the yellow ring markings. You will reach the beautiful gazebo of the Club Vosgien.
(5) Continue along a steep path for a few dozen metres. Then take the path marked with a yellow ring until you reach the intersection with the perpendicular path marked with a blue ring, red triangle and yellow signpost.
(6) Turn right onto the path until you reach the RD75.
(7) Cross the road carefully, keeping to the right, then take the path that climbs to the left 50 m further on, marked with a blue ring. After 250 m, follow the blue ring and the yellow signpost, climbing to the left through the vineyard until you reach a helipad where you can still see the mast of the windsock. This helipad was used for treating the vines.
(8) At this crossroads, continue straight ahead, following the yellow signpost. After about 600 m, you will find a shelter on your right.
(9) Continue past the shelter for about 800 m until you reach an intersection.
(10) Leave the Chevalet Jaune trail by taking the path on your left. Stay on the contour line to return to the heliport crossroads, after joining the Anneaux Bleu trail markers after about 1,000 m.
(8) Begin the descent by continuing straight ahead, crossing the Chevalet Jaune trail, until you reach the Anneau Jaune trail.
(11) Cross it and continue the descent towards Westhoffen.
(12) After about 400 m, you will see the red ring signpost. Take this path downhill to your left towards the village. Keep going in the same direction until you reach the cemetery and the D220.
(13) Cross the road, continue straight ahead on this path and turn right at the end to return to the car park (S/E).
