Walk around the mill in Marlenheim

Park in the car park at Domaine Xavier Muller.

(S/E) Cross the Mossig (a small stream) and go round the building on the left. Cross the stream again and you’ll see the back of the mill on your right. Continue along the path to the next junction.

(1) Turn left to continue along the Promenade des Moulins. You’ll reach another junction. Turn left again and continue at a leisurely pace until you reach the edge of the tennis courts, staying on the tarmac path the whole time.

(2) After the tennis courts, turn left towards Rue de l’Usine and cross the Mossig again. You’ll reach another junction.

(3) Turn left onto Rue du Moulin to return to the car park (S/E).

During the walk, in season, you may see storks wandering through the fields in search of food or flying around you.
As you cross the Mossig several times, you might spot some trout swimming under the bridges.
On the way back along the circular route, you’ll pass a fishing pond; if you’re lucky enough to find it open, do pop in for a quick look.
Back at the car park, check out the playground for young children and point out the animals around you to them.
