The car park is located in front of the Lanslevillard Tourist Office.
(S) From the Tourist Office, take the bridge on the right and go through the arch. At the end of the bridge, turn left towards the cheese dairy. After the cheese dairy, ignore the first street on the left and continue to the end of the bend at the next crossroads.
(1) Leave the road and turn left. Go under a small tunnel and join the Chemin du Petit Bonheur à la Lozière.
(2) Turn left onto this path and continue for about 600 metres until you reach a sharp right-hand bend. Cut across the bend and turn left to climb directly up to the Chapelle Saint-Etienne. Return to the path, pass the Rocher des Sarrazins and you will come to a junction at the edge of the forest.
(3) Leave Chemin du Petit Bonheur and turn right onto the path that runs alongside the forest. You will return to the starting point, staying slightly higher than on the way there.
(4) Continue along the wide path that descends to the right, ignoring the path on the left that climbs uphill. Follow this path for about 1.9 km to reach the cross and rejoin the Chemin du Petit Bonheur.
(5) From the cross, take the tarmac road on the left and descend, passing the chapel to reach Rue de la Mairie. Turn right into Rue de la Mairie and continue straight down to the church. Just before the cemetery, turn right to cut across the bend and reach the bridge you crossed at the start.
