Start from the car park in front of Saint-Médard Church.
(S/E) With your back to the church, take the road downhill to the left, cross the Petite Baïse bridge and continue along this path.
(1) Pass Château Pican and continue up the road. At the crossroads, turn left and go straight ahead, leaving a road on your right, cross the hamlet of Le Marsan and continue along this road until you reach the crossroads.
(2) Turn right and follow this road, which leads to a path through the copses. Make sure you stay on this path, which climbs up to the ridges and crosses a country lane.
(3) Turn right and continue along this country lane until you reach a small tarmac road.
(4) Turn right onto the path that leads through the woods and ends at a tarmac road. Turn right, continue to the hamlet of Mongardin and pass in front of the chapel.
(5) Take the path downhill on the left. Please note that this path is not very visible from the road. Follow this path, which ends at a tarmac road at a place called Duprat.
(6) At the crossroads, turn right, continue straight ahead, ignoring two paths on the left, and continue to the T-junction and turn left.
(7) At Larose, turn right onto the rural path and continue along this path until you reach the junction with the dyke path that runs alongside La Petite Baïse.
(8) Turn right and walk along the dyke until you find a rural path on the right that joins the Saint-Médard road.
(1) Turn left onto the road that crosses the La Petite Baïse bridge and leads to the starting point (S/E).
